Body Image Workshop
Can we actually learn to appreciate our bodies, even if there are things we don’t like about them? YES!
Can we begin to trust our bodies vs treating them like objects to control? YES!
Can we live harmoniously in our bodies, regardless of how the media says we should look? YES!
This workshop will focus on concrete tools to create an entirely new relationship with your body. Together we will unpack our cultural beliefs about body image while examining and replacing negative personal beliefs. We will explore ways to break negative body image rituals while creating new body positive behaviors. We will also use specific EFT tapping practices, and more.
Some of the tools you’ll take home will be reflective…i.e. journaling, cognitive behavioral exercises, etc. But many skills will be behavioral practices designed to instantaneously change and reinforce a new positive body image.
September 12th, 1pm – 4pm (PST) on Zoom
Cost $50
