What I Do

What I Do

I lead workshops and privately coach women to own what we are truly passionate about, understand and cultivate a healing relationship with our self sabotage, and actively achieve our goals. By fully feeling our desires, gaining clarity about our resistance, and learning how we are best held accountable, we can move way beyond what’s holding us back and get on with living the passionate lives we all desire... Through this process, I have seen the biggest growth, lasting change, and spontaneous healing occur. I’ve seen women disintegrate barriers they’ve had for years...in a matter of months.

Professional Background

Brigitta Dau has worked as a certified Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles for over a decade. She currently teaches classes at Equinox, and works privately with people in her home studio, Target Pilates Studio, and a Physical Therapist’s office. She has led numerous workshops ranging from eating issues to women’s empowerment, to play building with kids. Her passion for learning keeps her inspired and cherishes her Pilates and meditation practice, as well has her fun time knitting, playing with her naughty cats, and golfing with her husband.
